Cancellation and RefundCustomers can cancel bookings before the scheduled pickup time.Cancellation charges may apply as per the following:Less than 1 hour notice: 50% of fareLess than 30 minutes notice: 100% of fareRefunds (if any) will be processed within 7 business days.4. Customer ResponsibilityCustomers must provide a valid contact number at the time of booking.Misbehavior, harassment, or illegal activities during the ride are strictly prohibited.Vikas Cabs is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings in the vehicle.5. Driver ResponsibilityDrivers will follow traffic rules and maintain professional conduct.Drivers are authorized to refuse service in case of unsafe or illegal activities.Drivers will maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.6. Privacy PolicyCustomer details (name, contact number, location) will only be used for ride purposes.Vikas Cabs will not share personal data with third parties without consent.7.
