Terms and Conditions – Vikas CabsEffective Date: 16 January 2026Welcome to Vikas Cabs. By using our cab booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.1. Booking and ReservationsAll bookings are subject to vehicle availability.Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop location details.Advance booking is recommended for scheduled rides.2. Pricing and PaymentFare is calculated based on distance, time, and applicable taxes.All payments must be made via accepted modes (Cash, UPI, Paytm, or other online payment gateways).Vikas Cabs reserves the right to modify fare rates without prior notice.3. Cancellation and RefundCustomers can cancel bookings before the scheduled pickup time.Cancellation charges may apply as per the following:Less than 1 hour notice: 50% of fareLess than 30 minutes notice: 100% of fareRefunds (if any) will be processed within 7 business days.4. Customer ResponsibilityCustomers must provide a valid contact number at the time of booking.Misbehavior, harassment, or illegal activities during the ride are strictly prohibited.Vikas Cabs is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings in the vehicle.5. Driver ResponsibilityDrivers will follow traffic rules and maintain professional conduct.Drivers are authorized to refuse service in case of unsafe or illegal activities.Drivers will maintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.6. Privacy PolicyCustomer details (name, contact number, location) will only be used for ride purposes.Vikas Cabs will not share personal data with third parties without consent.7. Limitation of LiabilityVikas Cabs is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.Liability for any accident, injury, or loss during the ride will be governed by applicable laws.8. AmendmentsVikas Cabs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.Updated terms will be published on this page.
